We are providing an informative online workshop that will cover tips and resources to running healthy this summer and beyond.
This workshop is for geared towards those runners looking for more information on building mileage safely, eliminating chronic running aches and pains, prevention strategies to reduce running related injuries, and information on how to know with its time for a new pair of running shoes.
