Please join Fleet Feet Sports and Rehab United Seattle as we give back to our running community.
We are providing an informative online workshop that will cover tips and resources to running injury free this summer and beyond.
This workshop is for geared towards those runners looking for more information on building mileage safely, eliminating chronic running aches and pains, prevention strategies to reduce running related injuries, and information on how to pick out the right running shoes.

Brian Morrison – Owner of Fleet Feet Sports

Brian is an accomplished trail runner with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to running programming and training, as well as his proficiency as a shoe fit expert.
