About The Event

Have you been working from home throughout the COVID pandemic and wondering if your home office workstation is less-than-ideal for your neck and back? Perhaps some stiffness and discomfort are already creeping in and affecting your productivity and day to day routine? 

We’ve had a number of people reach out to us in the last few months for these exact reasons, so we put together a FREE​ 45-minute ​online​ workshop where you'll learn proper ergonomic desk setups, mobility drills, and postural strengthening exercises to keep your body healthy and feeling great while working from home during COVID-19 and beyond.

More specifically, in this workshop you’ll learn:

  • 3 most common culprits of back and neck pain working from home
  • Proper “work from home” desk ergonomics and tips and how to implement them
  • How to use a quick movement screen to figure out what exercises are right for you!
