We are excited to have your student as a part of our program and cannot wait to help get them moving and having fun while learning this upcoming semester.

Upon completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email for your records. Once all the details for your selected location are finalized, you will receive an email with all the necessary information and logistics prior to the start of the program.

KEP Registeration Form: Twice/Week

To register your child, please take the time to fill out the information below. Once your child's registration is submitted, he/she will be enrolled into the full 14-Week Program and you will be billed for payment. Payment is due in full at the time of registration and is non-refundable.
