Kinetic Enrichment Program™
P.E. Reimagined for Today's Educational Landscape
What is the Kinetic Enrichment Program™?
The Kinetic Enrichment Program™ is a first-of-its-kind alternative to physical activity that combines fitness, strength, sports, games, and education in science, anatomy, and nutrition for students in grades 1 through 8.

This program is developed and backed by doctors of physical therapy, movement specialists, strength and conditioning specialists, and personal trainers to meet the needs of today's youth, parents, and schools.

KEP™ takes the traditional components of physical activity while subtly introducing children to the fundamental value of 3D movement to develop a more enriched, injury-free, and functionally-integrated life ahead.

Classes Begin: Monday, September 14th
Class Location: Green Lake Park
Why should I enroll my child / our students for the KEP™?
For Children: Social interaction and physical activity are imperative to the mental health and physical development of children. Our program is designed to provide a safe outlet for children to exercise, use their minds while using their physical bodies, and burn off some energy to meet these essential needs.

For Parents: This program gives parents the much-needed break from homeschooling a few hours each week while making sure that children are in a safe space.

For Schools and Teachers: Our goal is to ease the burden placed on you by distance learning and provide a solution to one component of the school year by providing a physical outlet for students in lieu of P.E.
