Has your recent total joint surgery been delayed? Are you unable to attend the gym to keep your joints strong and fit? Are you looking for a way to set yourself up for the best possible outcome post your total joint surgery? Then join us for a virtual total joint pre-hab class led by leading physical therapist Kelly Vanhove, who is an expert in total joint rehabilitation.
