Physical Therapist – Women’s & Pelvic Health

Locations: Seattle, Washington

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Salary: Commensurate with Experience

The ideal candidate has experience in assessing and treating the following conditions:

  • Urinary incontinence

  • Fecal incontinence

  • Urinary retention

  • Pelvic organ or rectal prolapse

  • Interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome

  • Constipation

  • Post-prostatectomy/reconstructed bladder

  • Pregnancy and postpartum

  • Vaginal, penis or rectal muscle spasm or soft tissue tightness

  • Pudendal neuralgia or pudendal nerve entrapment

  • Surgical or episiotomy pain

  • Vulvar and vaginal pain or burning

  • Abdominal and pelvic girdle pain

  • Pain with urination or defecation

  • Testicular and groin pain (not required)

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide quality treatment to women’s health patients

  • Getting patients well, not just feeling better.

  • Taking a leadership role as a physical therapist.

  • Pursue a higher level of learning to become a modern-day therapist who inspires patients to go beyond the function of fitness and wellness.

  • Help build teamwork and train assistant/support staff on fitness and wellness.

  • Uphold Rehab United’s Core Values

 

Requirements:

  • California Physical Therapy License

  • Level 1 or 2 Herman and Wallace (Preferred)

  • Level 1 or 2 APTA Pelvic Health Certification

  • Confident and Independent

  • Comfortable with Social Media

  • Desire to learn/teach, and innovate Rehab United
